Carburetor rebuilding service, professional ultrasonic cleaning, vapor blasting, disassembly and reassembly. This is a mail in carburetor rebuild service which includes disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, vapor blasting, installing the new rebuild kit, reassembly, bench sync, and return shipping. You would only be responsible for shipping to us. We tune the carburetors to get them extremely close, but there may be minimal adjustments to the idle/air fuel mixture screws to get your particular motorcycle running perfect. All carburetors are rebuilt to the original manufacture specifications, if you are wanting a jet kit installed or have any modifications done to the motorcycle please specify that in your message as there is an additional charge for the jet kits. Custom powder coating can be added to further customize your restoration to match your build at an additional cost. Broken or missing parts can be replaced at an additional charge, upon disassembly we will always message if something is broken and needs to be replaced before doing the work.
