Vapor Blasting
Vapor blasting- Also known as wet blasting, vapor honing is the ultimate surface refinishing process for restoring motorcycle and automotive components to a better then new factory finish. Unlike traditional dry sandblasting, which relies on sheer high pressure impact that can warp thin metal, distort tolerances. Vapor blasting combines water, compressed air, and specialized abrasive media into a slurry. This wet slurry flows smoothly across the parts surface gently scrubbing away decades of grit, oxidation, rust without altering the tolerances and dimensions of the part.
What Can Be Vapor Blasted?
Vapor blasting is safe on almost every type of material. Engine cases, valve covers, aluminum cylinder's, intake manifolds, carburetors, engine covers, brake calipers just to name a few.
